Il logo michelangiolesco dei tre cerchi intrecciati, che si è evoluto in tre corone quando è stato adottato come emblema identitario dell’Accademia delle Arti del Disegno, è riproposto come segno generatore del progetto d’allestimento della mostra che racconta la storia dell’accademia artistica fiorentina – la più antica e longeva al mondo – dalla sua costituzione nel 1563, da Michelangelo, “Padre e maestro di queste tre arti” (architettura, scultura, pittura), fino ai giorni nostri.

The Michelangelo logo of the three intertwined circles, which evolved into three crowns when it was adopted as the identity emblem of the Accademia delle Arti del Disegno of Florence, is re-proposed as a generating sign of the exhibition design project that tells the history of the Florentine artistic academy – the oldest and most long-lived in the world – from its establishment in 1563, by Michelangelo, “Father and master of these three arts” (architecture, sculpture, painting), up to the present day.
