Description:

La laguna di Grado è un’oasi naturale dove la flora e la fauna generano fantastiche interazioni. Il progetto, che si sviluppa a partire dall’impianto urbanistico, immagina un insieme di luoghi integrati in questo contesto paesaggistico, valorizzandone le tradizioni e l’identità culturale, e rinnovando il concetto di città giardino dove la densità urbana è diffusa e fortemente integrata nel verde in tutte la sue componenti, ideata con un approccio ‘amichevole’ verso la natura e soprattutto ecosostenibile.
Il masterplan contempla un campo da golf di 18 buche, progettato da un campione golfista, con relativi servizi (Club House, ristorante, Scuola di Golf), nel quale sorgerà un Parco Scultura, un museo permanente di arte contemporanea site-specific all’aperto; un complesso insediativo con diverse tipologie residenziali (appartamenti in boulevard, ville nel campo da golf, e in pineta), le residenze Vallipesca, i tipici ‘casoni’ integrati coi posti barca nella laguna; un hotel di 200 camere con centro congressuale, piscina e kinderheim; un centro sportivo con piscine coperte, fitness, palestra polivalente e vari campi da gioco; un edificio termale con centro benessere e centro estetico; residenze sanitarie con centro medico a servizio della clinica; un “Borgo” con il centro commerciale e direzionale, ristoranti, snack bar e servizi di base; supermercato; outlet.

The Grado lagoon is a natural oasis where flora and fauna engage in a fantastic interaction. The project, which develops from the urban plant, imagine a serie of places integrated in this landscape, emphasizing traditions and cultural identity, and renewing the concept of a garden city where urban density is spread out and highly integrated with all the components of nature, designed friendly to nature and eco-sustainable.
The masterplan provides for a 18-hole golf course, designed by a champion golfer, with related services (Club House, restaurant, Golf School), in which a Sculpture Park rises – outdoor permanent museum of site-specific contemporary art; a settlement complex with different types of residences (apartments in boulevard, villas on the golf course or pine forest), the residences Vallipesca, the typical ‘casoni’ integrated with moorings in the lagoon, a 200 rooms hotel with conference center, swimming pool and kindergarten, a sports center with indoor swimming pools, fitness, multi-purpose gym and various playing fields, a thermal spa and wellness/beauty center, healthcare residence with a medical center serving the clinic; a “Borgo (Village)” with commercial and business center, restaurants, snack bars and basic services; supermarket; outlet.
