Il rinnovato allestimento dell’Enoteca Pinchiorri si spinge ben oltre la ‘funzionalità operativa’ della quale, siamo convinti, non si possa prescindere, perciò abbiamo preso in grande considerazione i modi di operare al suo interno, cercando di agevolare chi lavora. Siamo stati quindi attenti nel modulare i luoghi, per consolidarne le proprie peculiarità, esaltando le caratteristiche di ciascuno.
L’opportunità di accompagnare l’esperienza all’Enoteca Pinchiorri con l’eleganza ci ha consigliato di accostare l’immaginario e l’arredo all’armonia degli strumenti musicali d’arco come il violino, abbinando il legno naturale a parti ‘ebanizzate’, e sempre rimanendo legati alla musica, utilizzando in verticale le linee di un pentagramma, un gioco armonioso di vuoti e pieni che consente a volte di celare e altre di far invece intravedere ciò che avviene dall’altra parte del paravento.
Le luci, la qualità cromatica e l’intensità dell’illuminazione, già nota per essere in grado di mettere i commensali a loro agio, è stata ulteriormente messa a punto, un’occasione per migliorare il concetto di vedere apprezzare visivamente la complessità delle portate e le sfumature dei vini.
The renewed interiors of the Enoteca Pinchiorri goes well beyond the ‘operational functionality’ which, we are convinced, cannot be ignored, therefore we have taken into great consideration the ways of operating within it, trying to facilitate those who work. We have therefore been careful in modulating the places, to consolidate their peculiarities, enhancing the characteristics of each one.
The opportunity to accompany the experience at the Enoteca Pinchiorri with elegance advised us to combine the imagery and furnishings with the harmony of bowed musical instruments such as the violin, combining natural wood with ‘ebonized’ parts, and always remaining tied to the music, using the lines of a pentagram vertically, a harmonious play of full and empty spaces that sometimes allows you to hide and others, instead let you glimpse what is happening on the other side of the screen.
The lights, the chromatic quality and the intensity of the lighting, already known for being able to put diners at ease, have been further fine-tuned, an opportunity to improve the concept of seeing the complexity of the courses visually appreciated and the nuances of the wines.
