Il manufatto si sviluppa su due livelli: a piano terra si trovano un locale per sorveglianza e guardiania e un locale di riposo, mentre al piano seminterrato i due locali cantina sono da adibire a deposito del materiale e gli attrezzi per la manutenzione del parco.
L’edificio è progettato tenendo conto dei materiali tradizionali, quali mattoni, calce, infissi in legno e cotto, rispettando così il valore ambientale nel quale è inserito e i requisiti che regolano gli interventi di edilizia sostenibile stabiliti dalla Regione Toscana.
The building is set on two levels: at the ground floor there are a room for surveillance and security and a restroom, while in the basement two rooms are to be used as store for equipment and tools for the maintenance of the park.
The building is designed taking into account the traditional materials, such as bricks, lime, wood and terracotta, thus respecting the environmental value in which it is inserted and the requirements that govern the actions of sustainable building established by the Region of Tuscany.
