Villa Giramonte
Description:

The restoration work has included substantial interventions of consolidation of the main structures, including that of perimeter by using micropiles.
Each bathroom of the house and of the guest quarters has a specific character that is tied to the personality of its dwellers. The diversity has been underlined by making use every time of different types of marble, some of them extremely rare. The place, a sixteenth century villa, was well suited to being interpreted by means of this project. This was achieved both in relation to the ancient splendor of this Tuscan city, and to its tradition linked to the use of marble, as well as by giving it a dynamism considerably tied to contemporary style: more in particular, in the geometry of some of the floors, in the fluid articulation of design and in the subdivision of rooms. These are all factors anchored to a well developed use of the bathroom and to a series of emotive sensations that today emerges with decision.
